How long is the wait for customs items?

Due to the nature of my disability, I do not guarantee dispatch dates, however I aim to dispatch standard orders within two weeks. Bulk orders may take longer than this. If you need an item by a specific date contact me before placing your order and I will let you know whether I can accommodate your request.

Where is my order?

Once I have dispatched your order I am not in control of its movements. Please be patient whilst you wait for it to arrive. If you have been waiting for 14 days and your order still hasn’t turned up, please get in touch so that a case can be filed with Royal Mail. At this time a refund or replacement can be discussed.

Please be aware that I cannot deal with missing orders until 14 days have passed after dispatch.

How can I clean my items?

Vests and lead slips can be hand washed if necessary. Use lukewarm water, with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry.

Never tumble dry, dry clean or bleach your dog’s gear.

The vinyl has started to lift on my item, what can I do?

Items personalised with vinyl may start to lift or peel with use. If this occurs, cover the item with a sheet of grease-proof paper or baking parchment and press firmly with an iron on medium heat for 5 seconds. Allow to cool, and then repeat if necessary.

What if an item doesn’t fit my dog?

As all items are made-to-order based on the measurements you give me, I am unable to provide refunds for items that do not fit.

If you have an item that does not fit as a result of measuring your dog incorrectly, I can list this for sale. If it sells I will be able to issue a partial refund, however this is not a guarantee.
