Faulty Items

You have the right to a refund if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.

To return a faulty item you must let me know within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be received back before a refund can be issued.

If you have damaged, altered or attempted to repair an item you may not be entitled to a refund.

Cancellations (custom)

I am unable to accept cancellations for custom or personalised items after I have started work on your order. If you do wish to cancel a custom order I will try my best to accommodate this so please let me know as soon as possible, however I cannot guarantee the cancellation will be accepted.

Cancellations (non custom)

Orders for non customised, non personalised items can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the item. You will be entitled to a refund, however you will be responsible for the costs of return postage, and the item must be received back before a refund can be issued. For this reason, tracked postage is recommended.

ALL Return Items:

must have all original packaging and tags,

must be in the original condition, not altered in any way, and free of stains and odors.

If items arrive with these issues the item may need to be disposed of and therefore a return will not be issued.
